about

PROTEST is the second strike on CLIKNO by Dr.Nojoke, released on March 11th - the fifth anniversary of Fukushima.

PROTEST is a two-tracker of anti-nuclear-power techno added up with field recordings made at diverse protest marches by
the man himself.

The question is why doing a political statement with club music?
The simple answer is: WHY NOT!
For Dr.Nojoke it was a deep need to express his emotion and opinion through music.

Exactly five years ago on March 11th 2011 a very strong earthquake hit Japan causing a huge and destructible Tsunami. The nuclear power plant Fukushima 1 got heavily damaged and went slowly out of control until the disastrous catastrophy we all know.

With this EP Dr.Nojoke wants to PROTEST not only against nuclear power, but in general against:
fascim, racism, sexism, oppression, borders …
It´s pro nature, equality, freedom, peace …
